Eligibility for Returns
-Timeframe: You may return your SeeAll Sight for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days from the date the product arrives at your address. The return window begins upon delivery confirmation.
-Condition of Item: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original parts, accessories, and packaging. We inspect all returns to ensure they meet this requirement. Items showing excessive wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
-Trial Recommendation: We recommend mounting the sight on your firearm and evaluating its performance by firing live rounds. Our sights utilize innovative technology that differs from conventional optics, so engaging in multiple shooting sessions is essential to fully understand and properly use the product.

Return Process
1. Initiate the Return: To begin a return, please complete our online return form available on our website (or contact our customer support team at ken@seeallsights.com Provide your order number, full name, date of arrival, reason for return, and any relevant details.
2. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. Ship the item to:

3. Refund Details: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product, but does not include original shipping fees or return shipping costs. If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and may return it to you at your expense.

- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from SeeAll Sights. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy. Any sale or products sold as demos, referbished, or 2nds are not covered under the 30 day garantee unless written notice given prior to order by SeeAll Sights. 
- Refunds are not available if item was customized or engraved items.
